Brooke Ross

“I love running because it’s my outlet for stress relief and a way to continually challenge myself—mentally and physically. As someone who’s naturally competitive, running gives me the opportunity to push my limits and improve with each race. But what I love just as much as the personal growth is the sense of community it brings. Meeting new people, sharing the journey, and encouraging one another along the way makes the sport even more meaningful.

Running safely is incredibly important to me because I believe everyone deserves to do what they love without fear. Whether it’s an injury or external threats, no one should have to stop doing something that brings them joy. As a physical therapist, I’m passionate about helping runners build strength, prevent injuries, and train wisely so they can keep running for years to come. Everyone should feel confident, capable, and safe every time they lace up.” - Brooke
